Applications must be picked up and signed for in person by the individual applicant.
To receive an application you must be at least 18 years of age by September 1st and have with you the following:
Official High School transcripts or Equivalency (GED) with official Test Scores
Valid Driver’s License
Certified Birth Certificate or Social Security Card
Each applicant must pass the ACT WorkKeys Exam, with a score of 4 or higher in each of the 3 categories: Applied Math, Workplace Documents, & Graphic Literacy
Applicants accepted into the program will be required to submit to drug screenings.
